A New Twist on an Old Favorite

Last week I posted a little tease of something I’m working on.IMG_0150

I am happy to say that after a couple trips to the sewing machine hospital, my embroidery machine is finally up and running smoothly!  So I transformed a plain onesie into one fit for a princess!

IMG_0169IMG_0174IMG_0179I used the same method as on my favorite Ruffle Butt Onesie, except I used tulle instead of regular cotton fabric.

It’s like a built-in tu-tu!

Totally cute, right?  I need to get my friend’s baby to model it, I’m sure it’s so much cuter on a fat little baby butt!! 

I’ve got some more girly designs in mind, maybe  ballerina shoes, cupcakes, 1st birthday….
